All ages shows need to end by 11:30pm latest and by 12:00am everyone needs to have vacated the building.
ROOM RENTALS
$2000 Sunday/Weekdays | $4000 Friday | $5000 Saturday
- Sound and Light Rental $3,000 Basic professional sound and Lights – does not include artist or dj special ryder
- Stage Manager $500 Keeps event on time and running smoothly, in charge of Artists/DJs getting on stage. can MC as needed to keep crowd hype Labor/stage hands
- $500 Approx – cost is based on 3rd party service
- Barricade $500 Door staff $22/hr as needed
- Vip staff $13/hr Plus $25 tip per bottle in VIP – packages can be discussed if needed for event
- Police Officers $50/Hr based on number of attendees, with 2 officers minimum required
- Insurance $1200-$1500+ exact cost depends on multiple factors, including Artist criminal history – Mauro Ins/ Neighbor Insurance jeff/ justin Promoter responsibility to get us 1 week before show. COI need to under International Event Center and Val Air Security $22/Hr Based on number of attendees.
- Basic Rule: 1 security per 100 attendees
- Set up/ Clean $250- $500 Depends on hours required for clean up
- Bike racks $20/section $70 pick and deliver
- Parking lot Lights $150 if needed
- Parking $10/vehicle promoter can get free entry for limited number of vehicles
- STANDARD RULES AND REGULATIONS
- NO OUTSIDE LIQUOR OR ALCOHOL ALLOWED – SHOW WILL BE SHUT DOWN IF FOUND
- NO OPEN GLASS CONTAINERS BACKSTAGE, SIDE STAGE or ON STAGE
- GREEN ROOM: 20 person maximum, all persons must be 21+, No illegal activities
- No one allowed at side of stage before, during or after a performance
- Opening Acts cannot remain backstage after performance, per venue requirements
- You will sign personal guarantee of liability in regards to sound, light and property damage *required insurance covers this liability
- Promoter provide wristbands and credentials for Media, Performers and attendees
- Promoter provides the change at door (i.e. drawer) for ticket sales at event
- Marketing package available separately by 3rd party
- Ticketing platform is available as a separate deal – can discuss if needed
- Event will be located on facebook (event page), Val Air website and on billboard
